HarmonyIQ® integrates:

• Organizational perception surveys
• AI-assisted analytics and insight reports
• Educational content and reflection tools
• Leadership, wellness, and cultural consulting services
• Secure client access through the Harmony Hub™ portal

HarmonyIQ® operates using the Harmony Intelligence Method, a proprietary framework developed by Soul Potential Institute, LLC. The Harmony Intelligence Method is not trademarked, but remains confidential and proprietary.

HarmonyIQ® is a trademark applied for by Soul Potential Institute, LLC. Registration is pending.

2. EDUCATIONAL, CONSULTATIVE & NON-MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All HarmonyIQ® content and Services are provided for educational, informational, and organizational development purposes only.

The Company does not provide:

• Medical advice or treatment
• Mental health diagnosis or therapy
• Psychiatric or psychological services
• Legal, financial, or clinical healthcare services

HarmonyIQ® uses artificial intelligence, data analytics, surveys, and interpretive frameworks to generate insights, reports, and recommendations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs are interpretive and informational
• Results reflect aggregated perceptions and patterns, not objective fact
• Insights are designed to support reflection and decision-making, not guarantees of outcomes
• Final interpretation, decisions, and actions remain the responsibility of the organization

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results, outcomes, or performance improvements.

5. HARMONY HUB PORTAL TERMS

5.1 Portal Access

The Harmony Hub is a secure, client-only portal that may provide access to:

• Survey results and reports
• Organizational insight tools
• Educational resources and practices
• Recommendations and progress tracking

Access is granted on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis.

5.2 Account Responsibility

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
• Restrict access to authorized personnel only
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5.3 Data & Confidentiality

Harmony Hub content may include confidential organizational data. You agree not to:

• Share, publish, or distribute portal content outside your organization
• Use portal materials for competitive or unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or scrape portal data

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate portal access for violations.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Interfere with Site security or functionality
• Upload malicious code or attempt unauthorized access
• Infringe upon Company intellectual property

• The Harmony Intelligence Method

are the exclusive property of Soul Potential Institute, LLC, unless otherwise stated.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed USD $10.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Soul Potential Institute, LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through mediation in Santa Clara County, California. If unresolved, disputes shall be brought exclusively in California courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul Potential Institute, LLC regarding use of the Site, Services, and Harmony Hub portal.
